Description

A fresh and light salad that highlights the flavor of smoked D. Dimou Saumonée trout.

Materials

150g smoked D. Dimou Saumonée trout fillet, 1 avocado, mixed salad greens, 1 cucumber, cherry tomatoes, capers.


For the vinaigrette: 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Implementation

Place the salad greens on a plate. Add the sliced avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and capers. Top with the smoked fillet cut into strips. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve immediately.
