Description

Fresh herbs and lemon highlight the natural flavor of D. Dimou Saumonée trout in a simple and sophisticated recipe.

Materials

1 D. Dimou Saumonée trout (600–800g), 1 lemon (sliced), fresh thyme, rosemary, parsley, 60ml olive oil, salt, pepper.

Implementation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Stuff the trout with lemon slices and fresh herbs. Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Unwrap for the final 5 minutes to allow the skin to brown.
