Description

Simplicity at its best. Few ingredients, zero cooking, and a result that highlights the unique taste of smoked D. Dimou Saumonée trout.

Materials

150g smoked D. Dimou Saumonée trout fillet, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, juice of ½ lemon, a pinch of freshly ground pepper, fresh dill or parsley.

Implementation

Place the smoked fillet on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Garnish with fresh dill and a pinch of freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately with toasted bread or crackers.
